Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for High Conflict Coparenting Course: Refunds: Participants are eligible for a full refund minus processing fees if they cancel their enrollment 24 hours before the course begins. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. Attendance Policy: Participants who miss more than 15 minutes of any of the 3 workshop days will forfeit their Certificate of Completion. If a participant misses 15 minutes or less of a class, the instructor may, at their discretion, allow the student to schedule a make-up session. For the make-up session, the student must pay the instructor an additional $200 for a one-hour session. This fee is in addition to the full course price. The make-up session must be scheduled during the week following the workshop. The student must attend all subsequent classes for that workshop with no further absences. If the make-up session is not scheduled within 7 days of the workshop, the student forfeits the opportunity for a make-up and the Certificate of Completion. By enrolling in the course, participants agree to abide by this cancellation and attendance policy.
