**Consent and Participation Agreement** **Kind Mama LLC | Accelerated High-Conflict Co-Parenting Class** I hereby consent to participate in the *Accelerated High-Conflict Co-Parenting Class* facilitated by Tessa Noel and hosted by Kind Mama LLC. I understand that the purpose of this program is to provide education, tools, and support for parents navigating separation, divorce, and high-conflict co-parenting dynamics. I agree to fully participate in the 6-hour class, delivered in three live Zoom sessions. I understand that the class is interactive and requires me to have my **camera on at all times** in order to receive credit. Recording of the sessions is strictly prohibited. I understand that, within the bounds set by law, all information, communication, and materials shared in the class are considered confidential. The program may be referenced in written or promotional materials, but no identifying information about individual participants will be shared without written consent. I agree that neither I nor anyone representing me will request or require Tessa Noel, any instructor, or any staff member associated with Kind Mama LLC to provide written or oral testimony in any legal proceeding, including depositions or court hearings, regarding any matter discussed in this program. I further agree that I will not subpoena Tessa Noel, instructors, staff, or any materials or records from this program for legal use. All documents or resources provided in the class remain the property of Kind Mama LLC. I understand that the Zoom platform or any other online tool used to facilitate this class is not liable for any technical issues or outcomes related to participation. I acknowledge that all **registration fees are non-refundable.** However, in the event of an extenuating circumstance, I may request to transfer my registration to a future workshop, subject to approval. Attendance Policy: Participants who miss more than 15 minutes of any of the 3 sessions will forfeit their Certificate of Completion.
